ZeroCortex is not affiliated with Polymarket, does not operate the Protocol, and is not responsible for its operation. The functionality, security, availability, and rules of the Protocol are determined solely by Polymarket.
Our Site provides AI-powered market predictions and analytics as an informational tool to assist your decision-making. These predictions:
You acknowledge that AI predictions are experimental technology and ZeroCortex makes no warranties about their accuracy or reliability. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3.1. You understand and agree that all of your trading activities, predictions, and other interactions occur directly with the decentralized Polymarket protocol, not with ZeroCortex.

You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, including the safeguarding of your seed phrases and private keys.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying all taxes applicable to your activity on Polymarket.
6.1. The ZeroCortex Interface is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the Site will be error-free or operate without interruption.
6.2. Under no circumstances shall ZeroCortex, its founders, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages, arising from the use of our Interface or (more importantly) from the use of the Polymarket Protocol to which our Interface provides access.
All content and software code on our Site are the property of ZeroCortex. You may not copy or distribute them without our permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
